Gammelgård Pizzeria, offering Neapolitan-style pizza, was opened in May 2021, after renovating the old bakery building and bringing the wonderful Italian Valoriani pizza oven inside the pizzeria. The oven is heated to 450 degrees and the dough is allowed to rest for more than 2 days, so that the flavors properly rise to the surface. Today we can proudly offer Nauvo’s best pizza. In the former bakery building of the manor, the Archipelago-Neapolitan-style pizzeria offers Italian gelato and other Italian dishes in addition to gourmet pizzas.

Our pizzeria combines rich Italian flavors with fresh and tasty ingredients from the archipelago. During the summer, the pizzeria’s offerings can be used at business events, for example as a night snack. You can also book a pizza school for your group, where everyone gets to make pizza with the Ferrari of pizza ovens!
